At our Yoga & Meditation Retreats, we're committed to helping you find your center and inner peace. Set in a serene and tranquil location, our program is designed to help detoxify, rejuvenate and teach you practices that will help you live better every day. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our program is tailored for all levels. All elements of this retreat will help you soothe your soul and rejuvenate your body, leaving you refreshed & renewed and ready to take on the world when you return.

  4:00 pm - Assemble at Atman

  5:30- 6:00pm - Guided Meditation

  6:15am - Assemble 

  6:30- 7:00am - Guided sunrise meditation

  7:00- 7:25am - Pranayama

  7:30- 8:45am - Yoga Asana

  9- 10am - Breakfast

 10:15- 11:15 am - Nature walk

 11:30- 1:30 - Discussion & Group Therapy

Day 3

Elements of the Retreat

  

Meditation- Different techniques will be taught during guided meditation sessions which involve silence, sounds, breath, focus points and gentle movements.

​

Pranayama- Age old breathing techniques will be taught to show you how to bring about balance and awareness within yourself

​

Nature Walks- Given the location, we will take you on guided walks within the coffee estate and paddy fields along the banks of the lake, explaining the local land, cultivation, practices and life in Coorg.

​

Yoga Asanas- Various styles of yoga will be taught across different sessions giving you an insight to Yoga - a true body, mind and breath connection.

​

Discussions & Group Therapy- Topics will include yogic principles and way of life, stress management in today’s world, techniques to look within and help yourself live better everyday.

​

Meals- Healthy, organic vegetarian meals will be provided at our in house cafe. You will also be given detox teas and juices or coffee during your break time.

Packing List:​

  1. Comfortable yoga clothes.

  2. A water bottle that can be refilled.

  3. Comfortable shoes, umbrella, sunscreen and sunglasses for your nature walks.

  4. Yoga mats, cushions, blocks and straps will be provided, but please feel free to carry your own if you would like.

  5. A copy of your reservation (soft copy or hard copy).
