YOGA

Our yoga classes cater to all skill levels, from the newly yoga-curious to the established yogis who are in need of a little immersive experience and feel the transformative benefits of yoga and meditation.We teach mixed style classes for a well rounded and wholesome practice to help you achieve physical and mental balance.

Here are a few pointers to prepare you for your class:
 

  • Come with an open mind to enjoy unconditional benefits.

  • All classes are 55-75 min long.

  • You can be a beginner or advanced practitioner, all levels are welcome and we have something for everyone.

  • You can bring your own mat (I believe it is an essential part of your practice), but we also have mats on site.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of the scheduled class time, as we begin on time.

  • It is best to practise on an empty stomach, so please try to keep a 2hr window after your last meal.

  • Please inform your teacher of any injuries or health conditions before you begin.

  • We have water available on site, but you can also bring a towel and bottle if you’d like.

  • Most of these classes are also streamed online, please get in touch with us to know more!
