I was always into sport but I would get small injuries and a permanent knee pain which just kept getting aggravated. I was against yoga as it was too slow for me. After I saw a live yoga workout by Natya, I took a chance and started Yoga with her in July 2020. My only regret is not starting earlier. I've become very disciplined with my overall lifestyle. I started Prenatal yoga with Natya when I was 4 months pregnant. The classes left me feeling centered and energized; helped me develop the physical and mental strength needed for child birth. One looks forward to each class as there are numerous asanas being taught and there is focus on different parts of the body for strengthening, flexibility and balance. She encourages you to try difficult asanas, by breaking down the ‘seeming impossible’ poses.
